The staff was so helpful and talked through our Gluten Free options and our food was delicious and hot. Great for on the go Breakfast.

Had a great experience here for a quick lunch. Not only were they following all COVID-19 guidelines, but the staff was extremely knowledgeable about gluten free options and celiac safety. She recommended bagged potato chips vs. the potato salad/coleslaw that comes with their sandwiches because she couldn’t guarantee there was no cross-contamination. She asked if I was celiac and recommended I didn’t have my sandwich toasted and switched cheeses. All of this made me feel really confident in enjoying my sandwich and I was honestly really impressed by the texture of the bread untoasted, as typically gf bread is terrible that way :) haha. Thanks for a great experience!

Lovely helpful staff - understood difference between gluten intolerant and coeliac and warned about items which were not gluten certified.

Panini they grilled with foil to avoid cross contamination. Safe for Celiac and delicious chocolate brownie cookies!!! Very yummy and knowledgeable.

Staff is aware of what celiac is and how serious it is. The explained that they clean and prepare the line for people with food allergies. The person taking our order explained that a lot of people that work there have food issues so everyone knows how much it sucks to accidentally eat something you shouldn't. They replaced all the gluten things that normally came with lunch with something GF. They knew about cross continuation and cautioned me on what was safe for intolerant people versus celiac or allergy. Food was good. Did not get sick.

Great sandwiches available on gf bread. The staff is knowledgeable about celiac. Some desserts including macarons are available. Nice place to have lunch in Moab!
This place has wonderful food and they are very knowledgeable about celiac and other allergies. They cleaned the line before making my sandwich. Everyone was is so friendly and the coconut macaroons are amazing. We will definitely be back!
Yes
Wonderful place to find sandwiches, sweet treats, and good drinks. Very accommodating to Celiac's, checking in with the kitchen (they were a little busy) before informing me what on the menu would be safe. Had one of their paninis on Udi's bread, it was amazing!

Very tasty GF Sandwichs and friendly staff

So good!! They let me know what I could have and told me how they prepared it so I knew it was safe. They also make lunches to go, so we are going to do that tomorrow to take into the park. They are very knowledgable and nice!
Yes
Great for celiacs. My daughter is very sensitive and they always help is find something safe. If they’re busy, they’ll steer you clear of anything from grill. Better to be safe! Great safe sides and macaroons. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Best place for celiacs in Moab.

They described how they took extra steps to ensure there was no cross contamination, before I even asked. Can't ask for any better than that!
Yes
Staff very knowledgeable about gluten free. I had a breakfast hash that was delicious with gluten free toast.
Tasty GF sandwich! Udis bread. Loved it
Great gluten free sandwich choices served with gluten free sides and sweet treat. Also available gluten free brownie cookies.
The staff was very knowledgeable. It was a busy holiday so They suggested a cold sandwich over a grilled one due to cross contamination possibility on the grill, and not being able to take the normal precautions because they were backed up. I was happy to change my order to a cold sand which because they cared enough to ask about how sensitive I am to cc. She explained what meats were safer options, too. The gf baked goods are all wrapped and kept separate from regular baked goods. We had a great experience here, one of the best in 6 years of gluten free living.

The staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and food allergies, since the owner and three employees all have different allergies or sensitivities. I had the Tuscano grilled panini. While they did not have a separate grill, they did wrap my sandwich completely in aluminum foil. They also used separate utensils to handle my sandwich and described using separate condiments as well. They offer several GF baked goods and salads, though I did not try any during my visit. The kitchen is not dedicated GF, but for a shared kitchen space, I felt very comfortable eating here.

Great food and lots (!!) Of options.
Nice place, they offer gluten free bread for their sandwiches, have gluten free wraps, salads, etc. Lots of different sandwich options, very tasty. They seemed aware of celiac needs and understood cross contamination. Each of the workers we dealt with were absolutely lovely, each of them seemed knowledgeable to an above average degree about gluten free needs. The woman who checked us out even had celiac. They do offer a couple gluten free deserts but they are made in a regular bakery so I probably wouldn't try it. They even offered since they weren't terribly busy at the time to make us paninis by wrapping our sandwiches in aluminum foil to avoid cross contamination, which we did and I didn't get sick from it (celiac). The coleslaw is really delicious also. They do give you a sweet treat with your meal purchase so that's kind of neat but again I wouldn't necessarily trust their gluten free sweets, the employees also didn't recommend those for celiac. Would give 5 stars if there were safe gluten free sweets!

Very helpful on GF menu items. Ate here twice for lunch during our trip. Had the "make your own" sandwiches to make sure no cross contamination. Staff very nice.
Yes
The GF brownie cookies are amazing. Great service, friendly. Had the panini which isn't on a dedicated grill, but they cleaned it well and I was fine (I'm Celiac)
Wonderful sandwiches on GF bread and salads. Almost everything is homemade and uses local ingredients. The salmon BLT was delicious. Each sandwich comes with choice of side and a "crave" of the day- they substituted a GF macaroon instead of the regular sweet for myself and daughter who can't have gluten. They did ask about cross contamination, so likely ok for celiacs but obviously there is a lot of regular bread in the kitchen. The staff was super friendly as well. My whole family was happy, gluten & non gluten eating members both!
Amazing food, incredibly understanding and friendly staff. They even asked about cross-contamination. I ate there with 2 non gluten free friends and everyone had a great experience. We highly recommend
I emailed the day before coming in, telling them about my allergies and asking if there was anything I could have. Cinda, the manager, responded very quickly and thoroughly, thinking through what I could or couldn't have. When I went in today, the lady at the counter had my email printed out and worked with me to pick out a meal and dessert that I could have. The restaurant was quiet and clean. I ordered a lettuce wrap with their homemade applesauce and strawberries. It was phenomenal. Best restaurant I've encountered in Moab thus far. I highly recommend even if you have no allergies!
they have gluten free bread which is a big plus and was actually quite good. theyvpaninis are delicious and so are their drinks and coffee. prices are very reasonable. only things that could be better are the cooks that bring out the food could be nicer, there could be gluten free pastries available and it'd be more reasonable to pay after you get your food instead of at the counter when you order food to eat there
Gluten free bread option for sandwiches and paninis. Grilled on same machine as wheat bread. They'll clean as best as possible. Bathrooms gross. Friendly staff. Eggs not fresh, made from powder.
