Did not have gluten free menu. No dedicated cooking space. Shared cooking equipment with gluten dishes.
During Covid 19 pandemic, the 2 cooks did not wear masks and gloves while cooking. One of the cooks dipped his finger in the sauce and into his mouth to taste the sauce before pouring into the dish to stir fry. Left without ordering food. Disgusting.
Prior to Covid 19 pandemic, ordered beef chow fun which was bland. Mostly noodle and very little beef and quite oily. Nothing special.
The staff simply lacked care for food safety protocols.

NO GF MENU only "yeah we could totally make that gluten free don't worry I'm pretty sure there's no gluten" talk that we all know gets us sick.
Nice to have Chinese food again after being diagnosed celiac. The use the gluten free soy sauce when cooking food for those needing a gluten free option. I had the GF string bean chicken and it was yummy!
