Tons of cross contamination. It's ok if it's only a food preference but not if you will have a reaction. Shared everything. I called ahead and all about c.c. they said everything is made and kept separate, "even the tongs". So we decided to eat here. Massively disappointed. It's all buffet style and humans suck at keeping things separate. You will find a noodle or two in the gluten friendly dish beside it. I was eager to try the GF lemon muffins. Not they were sandwiched in between corn break and brownies with chunks of cornbread in the muffin container and shared tongs. 😭 They were very nice about the misinformation they gave me and refunded my meal cost.

I walked in to check the place out before actually eating since it is a salad buffet and saw a worker move around the gluten “friendly” lemon muffins with tongs from the regular muffins that were right next to it. I left. Clearly the workers are not informed and I would stay away.

Gluten free lemon muffins were so good! They have clearly labeled salad items as well as chilli and vegetable soup. My only concern was cross contamination but it's been 6 hours and I'm feeling fine

Returned for second visit & manager remembered us. Made us feel like "family". Food excellent.

Many GF options including soup. I have 8 food allergies and don't eat sugar and I had more than enough choices available to me. Wish we had one in my town.
Lots of salad choices, homemade dressings, gluten free muffins! Would have given 5 stars if they had a GF soup
Every item is labeled regarding calories and nutritional content. Items that are gluten free are clearly labeled.

Unfortunately, they have a lot of gluten friendly options. However, I have been sick here several times. Specially on the muffins & soup. The salad bar surprisingly has been fine for me to eat at with no cross contamination. If you cant eat the muffins...is there a point in paying 12-15 dollars for a salad and drink? I don’t think so. If you’re GF by choice and cross contamination doesn’t effect you 10/10 recommend. I dream about the muffins sometimes. 🤤

The signs are very useful which label what is GF. As with all buffets have to be careful with cross contamination. Good variety.
Gluten free labeling but this is vegetarian fare only! I found quinoa and eggs and beans and cottage cheese as protein sources. There was a tiny and I mean tiny bit of chicken in one type of pre made salad. The salad bar was great though. I think there was a bit of meat in some of the soups. Not enough to really balance your blood sugar long.
