Cross contamination by staff and public risk is way too high!

Most of the food is not GF friendly and you have to dig through an allergy book to find something, even then, they don't know about cross contamination.
Love, love, love this place!!!
I ask the staff to make up my plate from the veggies and lettuce that have not been put out yet to reduce the chance of cross contamination. They have a blog online that lists what is gluten free; most, if not all of the dressings are listed as gluten free, however, I bring my own dressing.
Every item is labeled regarding calories and nutritional content. Items that are gluten free are clearly labeled.

Unfortunately, they have a lot of gluten friendly options. However, I have been sick here several times. Specially on the muffins & soup. The salad bar surprisingly has been fine for me to eat at with no cross contamination. If you cant eat the muffins...is there a point in paying 12-15 dollars for a salad and drink? I don’t think so. If you’re GF by choice and cross contamination doesn’t effect you 10/10 recommend. I dream about the muffins sometimes. 🤤

The signs are very useful which label what is GF. As with all buffets have to be careful with cross contamination. Good variety.
Gluten free labeling but this is vegetarian fare only! I found quinoa and eggs and beans and cottage cheese as protein sources. There was a tiny and I mean tiny bit of chicken in one type of pre made salad. The salad bar was great though. I think there was a bit of meat in some of the soups. Not enough to really balance your blood sugar long.
