Lot of fresh salad bar ingredients to choose from and everything is very clearly labeled. For one low price have unlimited salad bar, chili and warm baked gingerbread muffins. Very tasty and fresh!!

I loved it before having celiac and still do - minus the mac 'n cheese and bread. They have a blog every month on thier website that tells you what is gluten free. Although not every monththey list thier GF dressings, there was alist in one of the months and most of them are. Thier chili is GF, though I've never had it. I just stick with my simple salad and baked potato.

Love the unlimited salad bar and Joan's Broccoli madness! If you are gluten free and love eating healthy, come here! However, the staff is never knowledgeable about gluten free items and it they don't seem to understand what gluten free actually is so I recommend looking up which foods are gluten free yourself before you come here. The menu changes every month so research the gluten free menu by month! I would have given a 5 star rating because I love eating here but I wish they had more filling gluten free items and the staff is inconsistent- sometimes they provide me with a nutritional menu and sometimes they tell me stuff isn't gluten free (when it actually is.)

Unfortunately, they have a lot of gluten friendly options. However, I have been sick here several times. Specially on the muffins & soup. The salad bar surprisingly has been fine for me to eat at with no cross contamination. If you cant eat the muffins...is there a point in paying 12-15 dollars for a salad and drink? I don’t think so. If you’re GF by choice and cross contamination doesn’t effect you 10/10 recommend. I dream about the muffins sometimes. 🤤

The signs are very useful which label what is GF. As with all buffets have to be careful with cross contamination. Good variety.

Gluten free labeling but this is vegetarian fare only! I found quinoa and eggs and beans and cottage cheese as protein sources. There was a tiny and I mean tiny bit of chicken in one type of pre made salad. The salad bar was great though. I think there was a bit of meat in some of the soups. Not enough to really balance your blood sugar long.
