Review of Szechuan Opera

I am non-celiac gluten sensitive. I called the restaurant, person on the phone told me some options that would be gluten free IF they made it with a different soy sauce. I got some kind of rice noodle dish and plain white rice. Food was NOT gluten free judging by the aftermath of my meal.
