Delicious raw bar with interesting and complex flavored sauces. The staff are very willing to adjust dishes to make them gluten and dairy free. Tested the seafood tartare and sea bass carpaccio with my Nima tester and both were gluten free.

Spoke to the chef and they suggested ceviche, carpaccio and tartare But I recommend to have an extensive explanation about Celiac disease and gluten free first. I think they substitute the ingredients for us.
