good experience!! myself (gluten intolerant) and my girlfriend (symptomatic celiac) went here to try their bagels and they were delicious! upon ordering we asked about cross contamination precautions and the girl at the register, im assuming she was new, did not really know, but asked a man who came over and told us everything. the bagels are made in a separate space in their kitchen and there is a separate space for cutting the bagels and a designated toaster as well. felt confident ordering here. i watched the bagels get made (by the man who was knowledgeable) and there was a glove change and i could tell it was a designated gf prep area. did not ask or confirm if cream cheese was from a separate container but after their knowledge of having other separate situations and my celiac girlfriend feeling totally fine, we were happy! definitely going again

I ordered a sausage and egg on a plain GF bagel. I talked to them about contamination with the eggs an sausage and they were knowledgeable and friendly. I did not get sick. This was my go to spot before my diagnosis it’s nice to see they have options.
