Person was very knowledgeable about gluten. He marked off on my menu all the dishes that do not use flour, about 15-20 options. I got the lamb seekh kebab. It came on a bed of sautéed onions and peppers bc I’m also AIP (no grains). Highly recommended. Especially if gluten intolerant. No idea how CC affects dishes.
