This restaurant has nothing worthwhile to eat on their menu for celiacs. Before making a reservation my hubby and I checked their website and saw many options with a symbol on a number of dishes claiming they could be made gluten free. We decided to give it a try so hubby could enjoy some sushi When we got there I inquired about what could be had gluten free and was told that anything with the chicken or shrimp was off limits (even though marked as gluten free option) due to a spice mix that contained gluten. The marked salad has some kind of bread in it and the dressing my server wasn't positive about being gluten free. I could have gotten dry (sauceless) sea bass. No thanks. It was almost 10 pm so I ordered the Edamame so hubby could eat but was almost in tears with how there was nothing available. It is 2023. Do better.

Anything with chicken in it will not be gluten-free or dairy-free. The chef adds a “chicken powder” to all chicken dishes that contains both gluten and dairy. Aside from that, the menu does have little crosses next to gluten free items.
My family and I decided to leave because both my mother (who has a dairy allergy) and I (gluten allergy/Celiac) wanted dishes with chicken.

I was here for a wedding rehearsal dinner with a fixed menu. However, the staff substituted gluten-free items for me, and I felt great afterwards. I never got to see the entire menu, but the choices the staff made for me were definitely gluten-free.

MAJOR WARNING: Menu indicates certain dishes that can be prepared gluten free, but all beef and chicken dishes are prepared with a marinade that contains gluten. Only a couple of seafood options were actually gluten free. Be very sceptical of the menu.
No
They have at least one gluten free option from each category (from the land, sea, air) listed as gluten free and a couple more they could modify. I had the pad Thai and it was wonderful. I believe they took care with the food and I would recommend this place.

Warning - there are several options marked gluten free, but if you have celiac you can't have all the options, 3 of them have chicken powder in them which contains barley! So they're not really gf. First thing the server did was ask if i had celiac and then told me which options were safe. Very limited, and one option she said was safe, wasn't so the chef improvised. I would have chosen a different resataurant had i known how few options there really were
Brilliant food. Singapore noodles were too good. My server Jamie was knowledgeable and her first question was if I'm gluten free or have celiac! That gave me the confidence to eat there. She helped with selection of drinks too. Can eat there with piece of mind and stomach.

Food here is amazing and they the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating to my wife's Celiac concerns. You will not get sick from eating here and they have lots of options. Items are marked GF but most items can be made gluten free by omitting certain sauces.

Menu had items marked as gluten free, so easy to find options. I had Pad Thai noodles with chicken which was very good!
We ordered the filet, sake mushrooms, and the shrimp pad Thai. All of it was incredible. Great vibe in the restaurant, too.

Wow. This has to be the best restaurant in Las Vegas! Very cool ambiance, you do have to wait a while for your table (even if you book!), dark, cool colours and vibe. And some seriously delicious GF Chinese food. There are only a couple of options but they are both incredible- the chicken and especially the beef. Haven't had Chinese food like that since going GF- or perhaps ever! Highly recommend it. I wish they'd open other branches all over the world. Situated inside the Venetian Hotel.

Tao Fortune: "Help! I'm being held captive in a fortune cookie factory!" I had dinner at Tao with my family while we were on vacation in Las Vegas. They have lots of gluten free friendly options on their menu and are very cautious about cross contamination. I was too full after finishing my dinner to eat dessert. However, my brother wanted to order the giant fortune cookie. Even though it's not a gluten free dessert, the restaurant did include a fortune for me. The giant fortune cookie came with multiple folded fortunes. I thought it was funny the one I chose said I was being held captive in a fortune cookie factory. #CeliacStruggles #GlutenEnvy
