The host was very clear that they don't have separate kitchen space for gluten free. They have a gf pizza crust for a $5.50 upcharge, which is fair. It arrived covered in a flour of some sort. When i asked, i was again told that they don't have separate cooking spaces, I said fair as a line cook in a past life I understood but I also knew that they could throw a pan or piece of foil under the gf pizza to limit the cross contamination. They obfuscated. The manager explained that the flour I'm seeing on the pizza is rice flour. If true, awesome! Would have been nice if the waiter knew (he's super patient and a gem btw). They comped the pizza and are making me a salad. They serve Tractor cider out of abq which is middling (my first attempt at homebrew cider was freakishly good and better than what i was served so i might be biased but two friends from northern nm also confirmed). Over all a good experience but wish to hell i could have finished the pizza because the slice i did eat was delicious but not worth being sick for delish.
