Review of TAPAteria

On our annual trip to Manitou & Colorado Springs, we end up with more GF restaurants to try than we have mealtimes! This year's visit included TAPAteria and we were not disappointed. All food items on the menu are 100% GF. We had a delightful server who was happy to answer questions. We shared Jamon-Wrapped Dates, Carne Adobada and a grilled scallop special. Everything was excellent. Dessert was a grilled bread (yes, GF bread!) drizzled with olive oil and decadent dark chocolate. It was amazing. A carafe of blood orange sangria completed the meal - yum! Highly recommend!
