Husband explained that I have Celiac and staff was aware and cautious. Cross contamination would be an issue if you are sensitive to it, I’d get a bowl.

Staff aware and careful. Meats are prepared offsite and all safe. Vegan and veggies options too. They have corn tortillas but put them on the grill where bread is so celiac safe would be bowl or tostada. Chips are not fried in house so guacamole and salsa safe. The tostada carnitas were very good!

Staff is very knowledgeable. There is no hidden gluten in menu. I had an excellent burrito bowel. Will return!
