Nice restaurant and ambiance! The menu doesn’t have GF food labels but the waiters seemed knowledgeable and were able to advise.

It’s clear that the Tasha concept is about taking seriously; both taste and what goes into your food. My son the GF pasta and was delighted. Most of our other ordes could have been prepared (really) GF. I hope other locations of Tasha are also like this, bc this is a good ‘go to’ in SA.

A really great spot with lots of GF options. I got a delicious salad (I know, I know, who wants a salad?) but I needed some veggies. It was super yummy and huge. They also have gf pasta and bread and waiter was very knowledgeable about options and ingredients. Recommend as a safe option.

Restaurant with a lot of naturally gluten free options. Really great drinks menu too. Staff are friendly and polite.
