They used to be great. Now, they've basically stopped doing gluten free. You can theoretically get gluten free noodles, but they've rephrased their menu descriptions, and it seems like the broths all still contain gluten regardless of noodle choice. Very sad, given that they once had fully gluten free options and dedicated prep space.

The ramen is excellent, and I’m really sad to do this. but I got sick. As much as I want to come back, I can’t.

I’m not vegan but I am obsessed with their vegan ramen. Really appreciate how understanding and accommodating the staff are. Good noodles are so important in ramen and Tatsu definitely delivers.

The Ramen is delicious, but the information on GF is inconsistent. Other than the chicken and tofu, none of the meat options are GF. This isn’t clear when ordering even if you specifically order the GF noodles (which are excellent). They maintain that the broths are GF. The sides (fried rice etc) are not GF even though they don’t list it as an allergen. While they do for somethings.
Wish more places would replace soy sauce with tamari so many more items could be GF.

I am the most sensitive of sensitive celiacs. I ordered ramen on seamless and it was delicious. Not to mention, I DIDNT GET GLUTENED. I really risked it and was anxious, but I was so hungry with no food available and saw this place had good reviews and went for it. Even to-go I was good to go. Be careful if you order with others though because they did not LABEL the food.

Amazing food! The menu was very small but almost all of it could be made gluten free. It’s a cute little place for lunch. The (gf) ramen was incredibly flavorful. I would 100% come here again. Pricing for ramen is around $16 I believe. I ended up paying $23 total just for water and ramen. But the food was so so good and my boyfriend enjoyed his glutenous food as well.

The most amazing gluten free ramen! It tastes like authentic, gluten dull ramen. The ramen is chewy, the broth is silky, the whole experience is something I never thought I’d have ever again. We got the ramen delivered and everything came packaged separately so the noodles didn’t get soggy.

Have gluten free noodles that they boil separately from the gluten noodles!

Never had ramen until now and now my life is complete. It's soooo good! Run, don't walk, RUN to this place!

The Hippie ramen was SO GOOD! Gotta say, I have my doubts about the kitchen setup and celiac safety- we were sitting at the bar and I'm quite sure I saw one of the cooks stirring both gf and non gf ramen with the same utensil. But I didn't get sick (I have celiac) and it was stock delicious. I would go back.
Haven’t had ramen since I was diagnosed. It was AMAZING. My non gf friend even said it looked good. Ordered twice in three days!

Excellent chooses. I have dairy intolerance and Celiac and am thrilled to have Mac and Cheese.

Omg. I haven't had legit ramen in 2 years (since being diagnosed), and it was an absolute pleasure to eat it again. The staff was super kind and really took care of me like personally telling the staff to change gloves, when I explained that I had Celiac. (Though apparently they always change gloves for every GF order). So happy to have found this place!

Delicious ramen and delicious gluten free options! The iPad ordering is a cool added feature, and you can customize your order in multiple ways, including +$6 for gluten free noodles. There are many sides available, including a ramen wagyu burger, white rice, fried rice and more.
I got the cheeky ramen with gluten free noodles, which came out in a different colored bowl to indicate GF. This is the first time I’ve been able to have gluten free ramen at a restaurant since being diagnosed with celiac. My boyfriend had the ramen burger and regular ramen, which he enjoyed too. The ramen was flavorful and had large pieces of meat that weren’t fatty or tough. Definitely would return here!

Amazing ramen spot. All the ramen bowls can be made gluten-free, which you select off an iPad. I've eaten here twice and had great, safe experiences both times. Highly recommended.

Have gluten free on their menu. Really modern place, you order on an iPad and show your ticket to get seated. I had the Cheeky Ramen which was delicious. It came in a red bowl separate from the gluten containing ramen. Would recommend for the experience and the food.

Amazing ramen! Extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease. They use different colored bowls for gluten free, cook it in a separate area, trained in cross contamination. My favorite is the Bold Ramen. Super flavorful and the noodles are delicious!!!! Almost all the ramen bowls can be made gluten free, just select gf noodles on the iPad menu. Really cool vibe, lots of open group seating.

$6 up charge for really awful gf noodles. They have a strange gritty consistency, and feel like uncooked pasta. They also taste really off, almost reminiscent of the smell of play-doh. Rice noodles would have been much better, but I thought this place would give me a close-to-the-real-thing experience.
There’s gluten in all the proteins so no truly safe option if celiac (assuming this is a soy marinade). My intolerance allows me to have a tiny bit of gluten if I take an enzyme pill, but I didn’t end up eating much anyway. Pork tasted off and it wasn’t worth the glutening.
I ended up letting the person at the counter know the noodles were bad, hoping they just hadn’t been cooked properly, and he said “I know, they’re really bad that’s just how gf noodles are” and refunded the $6. Unfortunately, you have to order from iPads here so you lose out on the ability to speak with a server and be warned off initially.
The fact that people with health issues have to pay such a steep up-charge to eat is frustrating enough, but to charge so much for a product even the staff know is bad is really sleazy.
The search continues for the gf ramen of my dreams.

It's EXPENSIVE. Like scary expensive. And the gf menu is almost purposefully unclear. I wouldn't eat here if I we're celiac. I have an intolerance that's pretty symptomatic but I have gotten the traditional ramen with gf noodles and meat and been fine multiple times. But the menu is confusing and pretty much makes it sound like all meat options have gluten. So idk. I've been alright but this place is definitely a gamble. They tout gf and then once you're in the menu system they are a major let down. Good ramen, though.

The menu says gluten-free options, but there really isn't because there's no gluten-free protein. The worker basically told me not to order here

The have an option for gluten free noodle but the charge you $6!! Outrageous. Noodles are good but way too overpriced! I also think they get a little mushy overtime in your bowl.
