Nice GF-friendly restaurant close to Monreale Cathedral. Extremely good GF pasta and good service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Their menu doesn’t mention GF but just ask them. Highly recommended.

Staff seemed knowledgable about coeliac disease and cross contamination. Was able to have gluten free pasta with most sauces (they were able to advise) although not listed on the menu and they let me know it would be cooked separately so would take a bit longer which was reassuring!

Excellent restaurant. Family friendly, Michelin rated, very good Sicilian cuisine. Welcoming to coeliacs and able to provide gluten free on request.
