FYI I don't get GI symptoms, so I can't be sure there wasn't cross-contamination, but I wanted to post a review since there is almost nothing out there about Albania. The waiter spoke English and I also had a card in Albanian that explained celiac disease. The water was familiar with gluten intolerance and walked me through the menu. He was very attentive about making sure the ingredients were ok. I had qifqi (Albanian rice balls), which were deep fried, so I would suggest asking about the oil.
