All the items on the menu are clearly marked whether they are GF - lots of options. I had the chicken kabob feast and my husband had the beef. We were both just saying how fresh and flavorful it was! Only downside is there isn’t a GF pita for the hummus or whipped feta so I had to stick with veggies. Would be perfect if they had a GF pita of any kind!

There were many different options. Salads, shish kebabs, quinoa bowls, several appetizers you could do with veggies. Great food .

The staff was amazing! Ask for Payton. She checked all the spices and ensured they were all gluten free. She said all the meat is cooked separate from the pita bread so no cross contamination. She changed gloves and even brought us a fresh hummus so we would not worry about cross contamination.

Great! This is a fast casual style place. The items that can be made gluten free are marked on the menu, so make sure to say, "Gluten free, please!" when ordering. I got the Mediterranean salad with no pita chips and added salmon. It was really good. I'll be coming back to try the other items soon, so I'll update then! There are also vegetarian and vegan options if you're interested in that.

Taziki's is my go-to for a Mediterranean salad with grilled salmon - there is a menu option to make it GF and hold the pita. They also have GF options for veggies to go with their hummus, for example.

I go with the steak or salmon feast with no pita. The Mediterranean salad and rice are good.

The olive souffle is good, too (just a cup of olives, but they're so good!)
