Review of Teppan Edo

What fun! This was our kids’ first ever teppan experience, and it did not disappoint. We had an allergy listed on our reservation, which was confirmed at check in and again by our server. A manager came to the table to ask if we needed cross-contamination level prep (which we do). She very clearly laid out the options. She said they could bring out GF soy sauce and GF teriyaki sauce, and that the ginger dressing in the salad was GF. Also the white yum yum sauce was GF (not the ginger dipping sauce since it used soy sauce).

Unlike other reviews on here, our daughter’s GF food was made it front of us - first, before anyone else’s food was prepared. She had salad, steak, veggies, and rice. I actually like that we got to visually monitor the prep, and she loved that her food was made by our own chef. She said it was her favorite meal of her life!
