Review of Teppan Edo

We ate dinner here in Jan 23 with my son who has Celiac Disease. The waiter had little knowledge of Celiac, but one of the managers came over. She was not super friendly like most of the other places we ate in Disney. She seemed a little put out when I asked her to prepare his meal in the back instead of on the grill in front of us. If you are not familiar with this restaurant, they cook the meal on a big surface at the table. After the meal, they just use a wet towel to wash it down. I was not really comfortable with that and had read other reviews saying they would prepare the food in the back.

Food was good. Son did not get sick.
