Review of Teppan Edo

I was very nervous to eat here because I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and I didn't want to ruin my Disney vacation but this exceeded my expectations! The manager came over and explained my options to me and promised that they are very good about keeping everything separate. He even told me that they would cook my food on a tepan grill in the back because to much soy sauce has been cooked onto the ones at the table, which made me feel better! Long story short, the food came out, it was delicious and I didn't get sick! Highly recommend!
