Review of Teppan Edo

Awesome place! Made a reservation and was able to indicate on there that I had “gluten allergy”. When we arrived, they already were aware of my sensitivity to gluten and the manager came to me to discuss my meal with me asking if cross contamination was an issue. The cook prepared my meal first in front of me on the grill. I got a California roll and the steak and chicken with double veggies because the noodles had gluten. Highly recommend this place, it was delish, fun, and most importantly diligent to ensure my meal was gluten-free.
