My wife is Gluten sensitive and NOT celiac. As there are limited gluten free options on the island, this was a good find for at least pasta and pizza. Unfortunately, NO ONE seems to offer a GF bun for sandwiches or burgers which blows our mind as it's an easy tweak/adjustment. I grabbed her a GF Hawaiian pizza. I was not able to see how they cooked the pizza specifically though. The waiter noted that the restaurant typically has at least penne on hand but can attempt to source other types as long as they get the heads up of what you want specifically in advance. One can walk in and sit at the bar but the bar is limited to pizza and salad only. If you want pasta (GF or not), you need to make a reservation at least 1-2 days in advance. I booked a reservation for 2 days out and we'll see how that goes. Per the server, virtually any pizza or pasta on the menu can be made GF with the exception of things that have breaded items as they don't have GF breading options. There may be random exceptions. After my second visit getting another pizza, I asked a few more questions and thus have a few more answers... They have a common prep area but each gf meal means the area is thoroughly cleaned and prepped making it "safe" They have a seperating tray for the oven that keeps the gf items from touching the oven. They use Hand formed and tossed previously frozen dough.

I don’t know what people are eating besides pizza but that’s about it. Worst bland piece of chicken I’ve ever had. I asked for lemone I hot 2 thin pieces of lemon. 25.00 and waste of time. Also after long conbo of being celiac I got my ceased salad filled w/croutons. There was only 1 other table with people. NOT BUSY. Just get so annoying cause I’ve been gluten 2x already. Really ruins your trip.

Husband, celiac, said it was some of the best Italian food he’s ever had! Very accommodating and neither of us got sick.

Terrazza was amazing! They had so many gluten free options. We went there two nights in a row it was so good. They had gluten free pasta, pizza, seafood, steak, and chicken. Their pasta was great! And they made their own sauces. There were some options that could not be made gluten free like the lasagne and meatballs.

Excellent gluten free pizza. Staff were very well versed in gluten allergies. Silvano, our server, was amazing can’t recommend him enough. They handmade the gluten-free pizza crust and pasta.

Amazing dinner and the location is great as well! Tried different pasta’s and a pizza during my stay and they were all really good. I’m really sensitive but didn’t end up sick once. The staff is great too. Not too expensive either :)

We have two kids with Celiac and felt very comfortable eating here. They were attentive to gluten free and the food was delicious. The views are also amazing.
We talked to the waitress upon arrival about needing strict gluten free and felt like they accommodated very well.
Highly recommend!

Lovely place to eat and watch the sunset! Also had live music too. All the pasta dishes can be made GF. I had and Alfredo pasta with chicken and mushrooms which was very good. I also ordered a GF pizza to go so that I could bring back to the hotel to have cold later in the week for lunch. My husband had the non GF chicken parm and lived it. He even said he’d go back again. This was a $9 cab ride each way for us since we are staying at Eagle beach

I had the oddest experience at La Terrazza this week. The food was great, and I felt really comfortable as the owner(manager?) walked me through their menu and protocols. However, it went downhill from the there. We were right next to the kitchen and had a bunch of house flies flying around and landing on us the entire time. Once we were done eating, we were just ready to leave because of the flies, but it took forever for them to come back and give us the check. Besides my one interaction with the owner, the service was really lacking, and as a former waitress, it takes a lot for me to say that.

The GF pizza was probably the best we’ve ever had. My husband who does not need GF loved it too. We also had a salad that was very good. The staff were wonderful.

Incredible gluten free pizza! We even had to ask if it was truly gluten-free it tasted so good. My husband asked for an additional gluten-free pizza and he is not even gluten-free. Pasta very good as well. Lots of options for everyone.

We enjoyed takeout from here 09/30/2022 & 10/01/2022 during our vacation to Aruba.
Everyone really liked their pizza (gluten and gluten-free). We did not try the pasta or entrees.
They can make most dishes gluten free here. They offer gluten free pizza crust & pasta for no extra charge!
It’s a family run business. They are from Italy and you can often find them working. They seem to have a good understanding of celiac safety and are very friendly.
Tip: Go at sunset as they have great rooftop views over Eagle Beach. Friday nights they have a Caribbean Steel Band, which was really fun!

Excellent pizza, views, and service ! My husband and daughter split a cheese pizza and loved it (with gluten). I got a caprese gluten free pizza and it was delicious. If you tell them you have an allergy or serious sensitivity to gluten they will cook your pizza on a separate pan. Fresh bread and butter served (not gluten free). We got their around 6 and it wasn’t busy but was getting busier after that. Someone was playing the steel drums while we ate which was lovely and we watched the sunset as the restaurant is on a rooftop terrace. Beautiful setting. Great service. Amazing GF pizza! Definitely recommend. I only ate half my pizza so I’m excited to have leftovers.

We had dinner at Terrazzo last night (June 2022) and it was amazing. My son (celiac) and I ordered the GF pizza and a GF pasta with marinara. The pizza was by far the best GF pizza we have ever had. Such a light crust and cooked perfectly. The pasta and marinara were also really good. They said they can make almost any dish GF and all of their sauces are GF. I was told the owner has Celiac but didn't confirm that myself. We will definitely be going back while we are here. My son said he wishes he could bring the pizza home with us!
