most sides are gf and all the meat except sausage. I told them about cross contamination and they brought out a new brisket, a new knife and a new cutting board to avoid cross contamination with the sausage. They were so accommodating and understanding. The creamed corn was incredible! I will be back next time I’m in Austin for work! The most important thing is that I didn’t sick!
