Review of Texas de Brazil

Staff was very knowledgeable. The chef will come out and tell you what of their items have gluten in them or give you a half sheet with that list of things with gluten in them. All of the meat they came around with were gluten free and I was not affected by any of it and I have celiac. Meats such as steak, pork, lamb, chicken, chicken wrapped in bacon, and more. Also have a gluten free desert!
