Review of T.G.I. Friday's

I was in Dallas Ft worth international airport Monday May 19th 2014. I was excited when I read the good reviews for the TGI Fridays in both terminal A and C but I went to the on in terminal D. I didn't have time to sit and eat there so I placed a togo order and when I asked the person working the togo counter how they prepare a gluten free burger (because the menu doesn't say) she told me: "I don't know, I put in gluten free and it comes out gluten free". I told her that this is an allergy for me thinking that they have a code or button for that so they know to change out all of the cutting boards, knives and such but she just kept repeating that she puts gluten free in and it comes out gluten free. I should have walked away at that point but I took the gamble that the people in the back knew what they where doing. When my burger came out with fries I should have left the food and gotten my money back but I didn't have time to go anywhere else. I told her to take out the fries and then I cut the part of the burger off that was touching the fries. I still got sick, I got really sick, I'm still sick from it and its been 4 days. That was the worst glutening I've had in a while. Maybe their regular wait staff know what their doing but their togo people sure don't or maybe I just got their most incompetent employee (she thought wheat was gluten free)
