Review of That Deli

I'm one of the many people I've spoken to who has Celiac or is gluten intolerant and got sick eating here. Please note--as you can see from the owner's posting, they are NOT actually a gluten-free safe restaurant for a few reasons...please don't expect to eat here or buy a Celiac or gluten intolerant person food here and not have them get sick. For the owner's knowledge regarding people being "allergic," please note that the majority of people with gluten issues in this country have a disease (Celiac) or a gluten intolerance--both of which are NOT allergies and have very serious long-term side effects (aside from the immediate short-term symptoms) including intestinal cancer. So even if people are asymptomatic after eating gluten (i.e., they show no immediate symptoms), they can--and likely will--suffer the long-term effects eventually.
