Review of That Deli

The food is really good. The staff is really sweet and careful not to cross-contaminate. I've eaten here about 10 times...on the 10th I got pretty sick. We risk getting sick anytime we eat out unless we are dining somewhere that preps their food nowhere near gluten. I believe that it was cross-contamination at Deland Bakery and not at That Deli! that affected me. I informed the owner of my reaction and he asked to make it up to me. He's really nice. It's wrong to hold them accountable for our health, that's on us. I'm not willing to chance it again but I thoroughly enjoyed eating here 9 times out of 10. If Deland Bakery would just bake this bread in their gf facility.....
