Everything is gluten free. That’s about where the good ends. The prices are high, the pizza was so burnt I couldn’t believe they served it, and the cinnamon roll was one of the grossest things I’ve ever eaten.

If you’re looking for greasy simple ingredients with big flavours this is the place. Hand rolled pizzas and freshly backed treats!! This place is a must try!!

They have very few gf options that don’t involve cross contamination but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Had the Reuben for lunch and it was awesome! Partner (non-celiac) had the Maple Jerry and overall liked it but found the sausage to be underwhelming. Their sourdough for their sandwich was great - we bought a loaf to go along with a poppyseed scone. Will come back for the other sandwiches/pizza!

The selection was limited, so I ended up buying a cinnamon bun and banana muffin. The muffin was okay, but the cinnamon bun was sour tasting and disappointing. Very sad!

The blueberry scones are amazing!!
The customer service was great I would be here daily if I lived in town

Awesome little dedicated gf cafe/bakery! I got the breakfast wrap and it was super filling and good! I would highly recommend for a quick take away breakfast or lunch spot, there weren’t that many tables.

Great gluten free sour dough and pizza crust. We also tried and enjoyed the cinnamon roll. Definitely check this place out!

Decent sandwich if you’re hungry, but nothing out of the ordinary. Meat portion was slim. No sides, so it’s literally just a sandwich. Not even drinks for sale. I wanted to love it, but it was underwhelming.

I wasn't impressed. I had the Sammy breakfast sandwich. It was alright. I guess I expected the bread to taste like "normal" sourdough but it didn't. I also bought a scone and it wasn't the greatest.

Their pizzas are incredible! The dough is fabulous and I love the locally-sourced toppings. What a treat!

So good! Pizza was delicious, cinnamon roll was ok, and the sourdough sandwich loaf was really good. A bit pricey but worth it for quality

Pizza was delicious, loved the scone and the muffin as well! Cinnamon bun was a little too sour for my taste, but overall really good experience

All I can say is YUM & I’m already planning my next meal here 🤌🏻 VERY exciting to see an artisanal sandwich/pizza place that’s actually celiac safe; if you appreciate this kind of thing you know just how rare it is to find. I live in Sydney, Australia & have yet to find a dedicated gf place of this calibre.
My partner got the Reuben sandwich and I got the roasted pepper, pickled artichoke, pesto & cheese as a veggie sandwich option (it’s usually a pizza) which used locally made artisan cheese. Bursting with flavour, the bread held up & was super tasty.
Someone on another review complained about the prices. I’m a fermented foods maker myself and using local, quality ingredients isn’t cheap but more importantly, fermented foods are a labour of love that take days or even weeks to make. Hence the name of the place. If you want cheap fast food, this isn’t it. But if you want to indulge in heart warming eats where each ingredient has been thoughtfully selected or made, this is your spot. Love that they offer gf sourdough workshops too! SO sad I can’t attend, if I lived here this would be my go to 🍞

Dined in 10/11/22. Dedicated GF facility so you can trust you’re in good hands especially if you’re a celiac. My one critique is the lack of vegetarian options, but the food and service are exceptional.

I love The Art of Slow Food! They have delicious, celiac safe pizza and sandwiches. Their cinnamon rolls are soooo good! But you have to get there early, they sell out. 100% the best gluten free place in Victoria.

Delicious! GF breakfast, pizza, sandwiches, small assortment of baked goods and also loaves of bread. Everything can be made vegan (Reuben!). Everything is Celiac friendly. Great!

Dedicated gluten free which is great but the cinnamon sourdough buns tasted pretty bad, not a fan of the combination. I think you either love them or hate them. Breads are decent but all have the same sourdough taste which is very strong. Pretty expensive too.
