All I can say is YUM & I’m already planning my next meal here 🤌🏻 VERY exciting to see an artisanal sandwich/pizza place that’s actually celiac safe; if you appreciate this kind of thing you know just how rare it is to find. I live in Sydney, Australia & have yet to find a dedicated gf place of this calibre.

My partner got the Reuben sandwich and I got the roasted pepper, pickled artichoke, pesto & cheese as a veggie sandwich option (it’s usually a pizza) which used locally made artisan cheese. Bursting with flavour, the bread held up & was super tasty.

Someone on another review complained about the prices. I’m a fermented foods maker myself and using local, quality ingredients isn’t cheap but more importantly, fermented foods are a labour of love that take days or even weeks to make. Hence the name of the place. If you want cheap fast food, this isn’t it. But if you want to indulge in heart warming eats where each ingredient has been thoughtfully selected or made, this is your spot. Love that they offer gf sourdough workshops too! SO sad I can’t attend, if I lived here this would be my go to 🍞
