I've been here 3 or 4 times now and have been meaning to write a review! The servers are knowledgeable about Celiac and know what can be made safely GF and what can't. They're very accommodating. And the food is delicious!
You can eat all eggs, bacon, pan potatoes, etc. no to the sausages. They have GF bread you can sub for most dishes including Eggs Benedict, but they are also happy to substitute more breakfast potatoes, which I love. No GF pancakes or waffles.
I have a sensitivity, not Celiac, but I've never felt sick/affected after eating here.

Went for brunch, server was knowledgeable about celiac and informed that the sausage was not gluten free. They were able to clean and cook items as best as they could to minimize cross contamination. No issues afterwards
