First, this place is in a hotel, so a little hard to find. Got there without a reservation, a mistake in this area. Told there was no room inside, but we could get gluten free outside, with a more limited menu, and our server would help us. No gluten free menu outside. Server suggested potatoes, informing us that they grew special gluten free potatoes. Really? Also suggested manchego cheese green apple slices. Okay. The potatoes arrived with delicious looking dipping sauces, cut in perfect rectangles and beautifully arranged in a crisscross pattern. Except they looked deep fried. Called over the server and asked her to check with the chef about dedicated oil. Came back to say if you are really sensitive, don't eat them, and did offer to take them back. Ended up eating two little triangles of cheese and three quarter inch apple slices. Definitely would have been sick if I had relied on servers "guidance."
