This restaurant is on top of their game. We were walking by one day and asked if they have a gf menu and they said that they didn’t have a dedicated menu, but around 80% is gf. The next night we had a group of 6 (2 celiac) and the waitress brought out the chef once we stated we had a gluten allergy. The chef was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. The food was top notch from being able to have gluten free rolls all the way to the flourless dessert. If you are in Disney Springs you have to go here!!
