Great food, outstanding service. When ordering, the chef will come to the table to determine what your dietary restrictions are. He then reviews what on the menu could be prepared to your needs. I had the pasta dish with spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes. It was very good. Our server was overly accommodating and attentive.

The restaurant was very busy. They take allergies very serious. The manager comes out and talks to you about what menu items can be modified. He personally takes your order and brings it to the chef. I had a great meal of lump crab and avocado appetizer and Grouper with a charred leek butter sauce and sweet potato. My husband had the filet sliders on gf buns. Everything was delicious and most importantly didn’t get sick! We can’t wait to go back.

Nice to have GF options, but the food definitely wasn't great. Very bland/basic options with strange cheesy sauce on a few dishes. My kids didn't like their food either. The atmosphere was nice but the food was very overpriced for what it was (Disney Park food).

Was delicious! Shared fryers so nothing fried or breaded here. But staff was VERY attentive to needs and what could be possibly high CC. Had the caesar salad added steak and side of mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was good and the steak was very good! Amazing view and staff!

Its really pretty inside and my daughter who os celiac was fine but tye food was over priced and not great. I wont go back. My daughter had the magi tacoa...no flavor at all. Tasted like we were eating cardboard and cabbage. The mac n cheese with shrimp and sausage was tatsy but so rich we couldn't eat it. Would be better as a side. Service was OK. Manager was supposed to come out and talk to us about our food...he never did. You can ask for gf bread on the side with butter free of charge...it was a hamburger bun. Just a total let down.

I was pleasantly surprised with our experience at The Boathouse. Without asking, the server asked us right away if we had any food allergies. He explained that the manager would be over to discuss the menu with me directly. The manager would instruct the chef on my allergy (gluten) and my meal would be delivered with an “allergy” toothpick indicating it was safe for me to eat! I also got a GF roll 🤩 I had the tuna for dinner and it was good though it was just tuna and no side. It was spicy but I liked that. I would eat here again!

Wow, I was impressed! We noted an allergy on the reservation and a coordinator came over to ask what level of cross contamination I prefer. I avoid anything fried (shared fryer), had a great lobster roll, and they even gave me bread service and miraculous made the bun perfectly warmed so it didn’t taste like a hot wet sponge. I’m not sure how they did it, but I’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant is awesome! It’s a really cool atmosphere and the wait staff is so helpful. They knew to ask about cross contact and celiac. A manager walked me through all the gf options and then came back for my order. I got the mahi mahi tacos (they were okay, a little dry) and then I had to try the Mac and cheese, which was delicious. I actually really liked the roll they brought out for the bread options. Even though it looked like an Udi’s hamburger bun it was so soft and tasted way better. A great spot to eat in Disney Springs!

Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to see the host had a badge that said they were allergen trained. When we got to the table, our server asked about dietary restrictions and when I confirmed cross contact was an issue, she sent over a manager who walked me through the menu. The manager also took my order (shrimp boil) and confirmed it was safe. They do not have a dedicated fryer, so fried options aren’t safe. Basically everything else is available GF. The shrimp boil was very tasty, and I have no discomfort a few hours later.

This was a mind blowing experience! I called ahead to make sure everything was safe (Very sensitive Celiac) and not 1 but 2 people assured me by phone I would be taken care of.

Upon coming in for lunch, not 1 but 4 (FOUR) people came to discuss my concerns and exactly how they would prepare my food.

I’m here traveling for a conference and the hotel where I’m staying could not take care of me safely so this is the first hot meal I’ve had during my stay in Orlando and the food is DELICIOUS. I can not recommend this place more highly. They care, they are full of care and attention to detail and they are all extremely kind. Very grateful.

I had the best experience! I told the server that I had allergy and he brought out the restaurant’s Allergy Manager. She clarified all my questions, explained the menu and the options safe for me, took my order on a separate pad of color coded paper, and had my food come out on a separate tray and all was marked with allergy markers! It was classic “Disney” above and beyond hospitality! I got the aged ribeye, gf Mac and cheese (it comes in a vat sized dish… enough for 3-4 people!) and best of all they brought me out my own gluten free roll and butters before dinner! Highly recommend!

We love the boathouse. They’re super knowledgeable. I have celiac and have never gotten sick here. I got a sandwich and mac and cheese and both were great.

Edit: we went back again. Still phenomenal. I got crab cakes and the lobster bisque. Both unreal.

The service and food were amazing! Our waiter was Bobby and he was brilliant. I am celiac and he was amazing at identifying what was gf. One of my absolute favorite restaurants to this day. A manager came out to talk to me because I have a allergy to gluten and dairy. He was very friendly and helped me pick what I wanted. I got a crab cake sandwich with asparagus. This dish was absolutely perfect, the asparagus was not dry and cooked to perfection. I haven’t had a crab cake in so long and this was amazing. It was not small by any means and the flavor was great. Well worth the money and will always return here for vacation because I felt so safe and taken care of.

Absolutely amazing experience. My boyfriend and I are both gluten free (and him dairy free) and I don’t think either of us have felt more safe eating at a restaurant. They started us with gluten free rolls, mine served with plain butter and cinnamon butter, and my boyfriend’s with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, since he can’t have dairy. They could make almost everything on the menu gluten free and the server had her manager come out to take our order to be sure it was run over with the chef and there was no chance of any type of cross contamination. The manager also left us her business card after she placed our order in case we needed to reach her about anything related to our order. We felt like royalty with the service we got. When our food came out it all had an allergy tag on it so there was no question about anything. Wonderful staff and the food tasted great.

Wonderful experience! The manager wakes me through the menu—basically everything could be prepared GF except for the deep fried items. Great attention to detail—the waitress took my order and had the manager and chef check it over as an extra precaution. She even checked with the kitchen to be sure the meal my fiancé ordered was GF so we could share a few bites with each other! This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve EVER had at a restaurant.
