Review of The Bottle Tree

11 Grove St, Headland, AL 36345

Review

This was probably the best care I've ever received since diagnosis! I messaged the restaurant before making a reservation (highly recommended) to get input on precautions that are taken. The GM advised that Celiac customers' food is prepared in an entirely separate part of the kitchen by one chef the whole time. Gloves are changed, and everything is sanitized. The head chef is a former classmate of mine, so the host staff let him know I made a reservation and he was waiting for them to tell him when we arrived. I ordered a ribeye, but was immediately told it was not gf, so they asked if I would be ok with substituting a filet mignon (uhh yeah 🤣!). I was also offered a side of asparagus (which wasn't even on the menu). This restaurant went above and beyond!
