I was curious about this place since I read the reviews. When I was there I felt a little lost in what to buy, I could not read the names well because the fresh food was behind the server. I asked for 1 apple muffin and one beef patty. The beef patty I didn’t like much, too grassy for my tasty and the beef was ok but not to the point that I would like to buy it again, BUT when I tried the apple muffin, wow wow wow, this one brought back memories of my mother's apple cakes, was AMAZING, PERFECT, SOFT, HUMID, absolutely delicious and this muffin will make me be back to that place. Got my heart ❤

Great find and hidden gem! They have a ton of grocery items and baked goods. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of dairy free items marked as well. Will be back!!

I love the bread essentials! It’s become a staple of my shopping. Amazing grocery products and fresh bakery products. Everything is gluten free and DELICIOUS. staff are also very kind and wonderful

This place is a GF hidden treasure. Although I don't live in the area, I visit the city frequently and had never heard of it.

First off, being able to grab a toasted bagel and cream cheese along with a donut for breakfast was such a frigging treat that other gluten eaters take for granted lol

The bagel was crispy, chewy and delicious, and the crueller and beignets were so good! Fried, so they were crispy on the outside like real donuts, but not greasy like I've had before.

The selection here was unreal. Pogos and jamaican patties (chicken, beef or veg), so many breads and sweets, pies... the list goes on and on. A great selection of frozen goods as well.

ALSO nut free which is important for our family.

The staff was so friendly, helpful and sweet to boot.

Dedicated gluten free, amazing place for sourdough. Have tried several of their loaves and treats so far and they've all been delicious. Great selection of gf grocery items as well.

We’ve been eating here for years. Excellent gluten free finds we can’t get anywhere else- croissants, tarts, authentic Quebec tourtierre, corn dogs, beef patties. Lots of vegan options too. Also the Staff treats you like family.

As of July 30, 2019, the facility will now be 100% gluten-free. My Celiac daughter is ECSTATIC about the variety of baked goods, including GF brownies, croissants, tarts, muffins, etc. etc.!! Tons of bread, and more!
