This is an entire Gluten Free Dedicated Facility. It's a bakery and it's amazing. The owner Josée is a gem, I literally cried when I found this place.
So far I’ve tried the croissants, bagels, profiteroles and meat pies. All delicious!
As of July 30, 2019, the facility will now be 100% gluten-free. My Celiac daughter is ECSTATIC about the variety of baked goods, including GF brownies, croissants, tarts, muffins, etc. etc.!! Tons of bread, and more!
