They knew that the gluten containing ingredients had to be in a seperate fryer. Their main fryer out front only has gluten free items cooked in it.

The buns are soft inside, firm outside and large.

Burger patties are thick, large and well cooked.

Staff understand that the grill has to have seperate area for gluten free items so seemed a very well run for coeliacs.
