Stopped here for lunch on our way through Santa Cruz. Great vibes at the restaurant and friendly staff!
Only note is for sensitive celiacs- they don’t quite have it down in terms of preventing cross contamination. Specifically in terms of serving, it comes out on wooden boards, and the chopsticks, side plates and soy sauce dishes are plastic, which may harbour gluten from prior patrons. I didn’t get very sick, but I was bloated afterwards, so I wouldn’t risk it if you’re super sensitive!
