I've eaten here a few times and they have amazing sushi! I like that they have a lot of gluten free imitation fish options that I had never tried before. I've gotten the plant based chirashi don and the regular chirashi don to compare and while the real seafood was better, the plant based was also good and I would get it again. They use mostly tamari in their sauces and much of the menu is gluten free however the menu was not marked. The krab, unagi sauce, and tempura are not safe.
Everything I've tried has been really delicious and the presentation was beautiful. My favorite is the trunks roll. Also the chef was really kind and understanding. I have a lot of anxiety around food and he was patient with my questions and understanding when I was sometimes triple checking to make sure it was safe. I will definitely be back!
