Chef Joshua came out and talked with me. He told me they changed their breading to certified gluten free corn meal a year ago as well as certified gluten free seasoning. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer as well. I ordered the crab cakes without the panko bread crumbs and then ordered the Cabin Seafood platter, minus the stuffed crab and soups. They make everything from scratch so they can make your order special. It was all delicious, I haven't had fried seafood at a restaurant in 11 years. I highly recommend them!!

Joshua Hebert, General Manager/Executive Chef is amazing. I e-mailed him that I was going to be in the area and asked him if the have GF. He stated that everything is made from scratch. They have new pans for GF. He took my order and made me delicious fried shrimp and rice and beans. I had a salad with amazing blue cheese dressing. I highly recommend this restaurant.
