The staff were extremely knowledgeable. The owner came to my table and stated he has been a chef for 40 years and has been diagnosed celiac for 15. They have a very extensive menu (including options for dessert) and everything GF is cooked separately. My meal was delicious and it will definitely be my new go to spot!
