Have been to this place a few times and like the fact they have a dedicated fryer. On my latest visit I had a cross-contamination reaction (I get it, it happens). My challenge is that I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty to let them know that they may have contamination in their gf fryer and felt like it was met with a “meh”. Takes the safety rating down significantly for me.

They have a dedicated gf fryer and extensive knowledge of cross contamination. No extra charge for a gf bun but it is 3.99 for a gf pizza crust. Felt safe eating here.

My two sisters and I who are all celiac had a good experience at this location. The manager brought our food out and said delivery for the super celiacs! Nobody got sick and there are 2/3 very sensitive in the group.

Hit and miss. Last time I ordered from the gluten free menu, not all items were available and what I did order was cross contaminated. Time before that was fine but again did not have some of the gluten free choices.
This Place has items listed on the menu as GF and the staff is very knowledgeable and will ask if you have celiac disease. I have never felt sick from eating there and love it and I have a local place to go.
Yes

This chain restaurant is one of my go to stops while travelling in Western Canada. There seems to be dedicated gluten free fryers in every location. The menu is pub food with GF items labelled. My servers have been knowledgable about gluten allergy protocol and I always enjoy my meal. I often order the Rocky Mountain Chicken Club sandwich with yam (sweet potato) fries.

Burgers are available on a gf bun and it is hard to believe it isn't the real deal. They also keep a dedicated fryer so the fries are not contaminated with gluten either. They are family friendly until 8 pm I believe. A great place to watch a game with friends, share some drinks with colleagues or have a quiet late afternoon meal with family.

I had a great experience here. I was able to get a chicken burger with a gluten free bun ($2 up charge) and the tater tots which were made in a gluten free fryer.

If you are Celiac or just care about food safety in general DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a gluten free bun with my burger, I called and spoke to staff to ensure they knew it was a severe gluten issue and that I have celiac disease. After all that the restaurant still sends me a bag with gluten containing steal sauce. Upon beginning my meal I thought the sauce tasted strange so I called back again and sure enough, the sauce had gluten. The manager apologized and claimed staff was trained (on Muskoka health they had 2 serious infractions last inspection I doubt that training was effective) and said that she would train them again but judging by their track record on Simcoe Muskoka health, I doubt anyone is being trained sufficiently.
Most restaurants would offer a free meal, etc
for such a serious issue but I was told to go through Uber eats to get a refund.
On top of all that, the food was overpriced and mediocre. 0/5 if I could.
