Based on the mixed reviews, I think it matters who you speak with at this restaurant. My server was super helpful, very knowledgeable about celiac disease and went out of her way to recommend which gf menu items were the least likely to be cross contaminated. I had wings and fries, both done in the dedicated deep fryer. Good by me!

Got sick from eating here. Waitress was nice but didn’t seem interested in paying attention to me being celiac. Someone else brought out our food and when I asked if it was gluten free she had a blank look and then said yes it was. No little flag on my plate stating it was gluten free. ( they do that in Calgary) anyhow, I would not recommend eating there if you are celiac. Thanks

They have a dedicated fryer for all of their gluten free items. Lots of choices on menu too. They have gluten free fish n chips (more breaded than battered), gluten free pizza crust, gluten free burger buns. Lots of gluten free options for their menu items. ALSO they use gluten free Worcestershire sauce (French's brand) so you have have gluten free caesars ❤

This chain restaurant is one of my go to stops while travelling in Western Canada. There seems to be dedicated gluten free fryers in every location. The menu is pub food with GF items labelled. My servers have been knowledgable about gluten allergy protocol and I always enjoy my meal. I often order the Rocky Mountain Chicken Club sandwich with yam (sweet potato) fries.

Burgers are available on a gf bun and it is hard to believe it isn't the real deal. They also keep a dedicated fryer so the fries are not contaminated with gluten either. They are family friendly until 8 pm I believe. A great place to watch a game with friends, share some drinks with colleagues or have a quiet late afternoon meal with family.

I had a great experience here. I was able to get a chicken burger with a gluten free bun ($2 up charge) and the tater tots which were made in a gluten free fryer.

If you are Celiac or just care about food safety in general DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a gluten free bun with my burger, I called and spoke to staff to ensure they knew it was a severe gluten issue and that I have celiac disease. After all that the restaurant still sends me a bag with gluten containing steal sauce. Upon beginning my meal I thought the sauce tasted strange so I called back again and sure enough, the sauce had gluten. The manager apologized and claimed staff was trained (on Muskoka health they had 2 serious infractions last inspection I doubt that training was effective) and said that she would train them again but judging by their track record on Simcoe Muskoka health, I doubt anyone is being trained sufficiently.
Most restaurants would offer a free meal, etc
for such a serious issue but I was told to go through Uber eats to get a refund.
On top of all that, the food was overpriced and mediocre. 0/5 if I could.
