Review on breakfast: Son was absolutely thrilled that GF French toast was on the menu (specific menu item, not a special request). Also all breakfast meats (like sausage) were GF. Several other great GF options as well. A couple of us also just did the breakfast buffet and there were separately wrapped GF bread options, a few GF cereals, cheeses, meats, fruit selections… Didn’t ask about their omelet station being GF, but there’s one of those too. Seemed like a decent supply of GF options in the buffet, but keep in mind it’s still a buffet and so I’m sure most of that is risky for cc… The main menu options were great though and safely prepared. Son was in heaven with that French toast

The Westin’s restaurant was delicious and accommodating. We had dinner and brunch, and there were numerous GF options on both menus. For dinner, I selected a lighter entree of quinoa and arugula salad and it surpassed expectations. Our server asked if I was celiac or had a dietary preference, which always makes me feel better that the restaurant is able to accommodate celiac. For brunch, I had GF French toast, fruit, and eggs. It was excellent, and I didn’t get sick at all from either meal. I will definitely return.
