The restaurant takes GF allergies very seriously. A good selection of GF dishes marked on the menu and some can be made GF by request. The staff is also very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and accommodating re celiac needs, making sure that the kitchen change their gloves and doing the right things. Felt very safe and taken care of. It’s pricey (everything in Seward is) but every dish was delicious and comforting, a huge reward after a long day of hiking at Kenai Fjords National Park! Make sure to reserve your table ahead of time.

Nice place. Not a lot of GF options but some. The food was good, smaller portions and a bigger price tag.

Lovely flavors, items cooked to perfection, great service 😃. I had the smoked tri tip - flavorful but not overwhelmingly smoky with a perfect bit of sauce and my portion was at just the right doneness. The halibut special was interesting and all the flavors worked really well with the fish. Of course Kachemak Bay oysters were amazing, super fresh and they made mine without breadcrumbs.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
Make a reservation well in advance. Or wait in line and sit at the bar.

Excellent food. The menu was clearly marked and the server was knowledgeable about Gf/Celiac. We had raw oysters, salads and salmon (a special) and amazing cream cheese ice cream for dessert. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is incredible - I’m from Denver, and our restaurants aren’t even this good. Fresh local food with excellent flavor. We ended up going back the next night. We got the fresh catch of the day (Halibut and Salmon), brussel sprouts, cheese board, tri tip, and ice cream. The ice cream is a must! They marked everything GF, and confirmed GF when it was delivered to the table. Don’t sleep on this little place - get reservations weeks in advance. Or get there at 4:30 to sit at the bar

Outstanding restaurant. Very informed server and double checks with chef. Creative and delicious food. Mexican style Halibut soup was amazing. Cream cheese ice cream with bacon was a dream.

Incredible place! My husband has Celiac disease and had no reaction, but beyond that states that it is the best meal he’s ever had! We sat at the bar and even the bartender was knowledgeable about all the ingredients used in their items and noted Celiac on everything ordered and confirmed with the chef about dessert. Would highly recommend - it’s a MUST if you’re in the area!
