They do have some GF options but everything is on shared grills/griddles so it’s tough to navigate.
My server was very knowledgeable and they have gluten-free options for most menu items. (Gluten-free toast was pretty good!) I cannot speak as much to the shared grill as former reviewers as I'm not as sensitive to cross-contamination as some. It is ultimately a chain-restaurant so the accommodations and dietary menu knowledge already exceeded my expectations!
So many “gluten free” options on the menu…but they all share a grill. SUPER discouraging for someone with celiac. Sad because we are from out of town and I was so excited to find a breakfast place I could eat at. Not sure about the other locations but I’d pass on this one if you’re sensitive. The server didn’t seem that concerned.

DELICIOUS! my celiac husband was able to eat pretty much everything he wanted. Gf pancakes were delicious!
Scrambled eggs were cold. Did not even look appetizing, bacon hard, cold and crusty. Belgin waffle cold and fluffy. Second time dining there. Not a pleasant experience either time. How hard is it to cook?
A delicious experience. Waitress was very knowledgeable about Celiac. No dedicated GF menu but items are marked on menu and they are able to make many items GF. We will coming back before our vacation is over.
This restaurant is definitely not Celiac friendly. They were very nice about it but honest that they couldn't guarantee no cross contamination. That was clear in that they use shared griddles.
Excellent service. Amazing food. Great menu. I have celiac and was treated with respect and I did not get sick! Look no further for breakfast in Denver!!!
They don't have a gluten free menu but you don't need one here because the staff is very knowledgable. They have an amazing GF bread with a dedicated GF toaster. They also have pancakes and waffles. Those are made on the shared grills, but they make it well-known. It was a great meal for both GF me and my non-GF husband!

I had some of the best huevos rancheros ever. They have gluten free bread. The server was knowledgeable, but it's not the kind of place where cross-contalination can be completely avoided.
The service was fantastic and all the servers where very knowledgeable regarding having a gluten allergy versus celiac. The location is easy to get to by foot and is very cute and semi-spacious. I had the Popeyes omelette with bacon and fruit. Everything tastes great except for the hash browns which were lukewarm and dried out. My husband had the Denver and it was loaded with more onions than he would have liked and his potatoes were also lukewarm and cold in other spots. Overall a great place to have breakfast at and hopefully next time the potato side dishes are warmer.
Said they do not have pans and are not willing to clean griddle. Told me not to eat here
Pancakes and waffles marked as "gluten free" are actually very much not gluten free and are cooked on shared surfaces, but they won't tell you unless you ask. Given that level of willful negligence I decided it was not in my best interests to trust they were being honest with other items on the menu.
Had a fantastic breakfast here. Staff were knowledgeable and the food was excellent
