Delicious wood fired pizza with a GF crust. They use cauliflower crust cooked in the oven on a separate tray. The toppings are all prepped in house but away from the dough. The pizza cutter is thoroughly washed before cutting. The young man working the oven the night I was there was extremely careful and understanding!
