Review of The Difference Baker

The tortillas are the best tortillas I've had since being diagnosed with celiac. They don't crumble. They crisp up when heated in a pan. They are soft and delicious and amazing. I'm beyond excited to finally have a dedicated GF bakery I the area!!!! Mmmmmmm.
