I LOVE donut theory! their donuts are in the old fashioned style, super delicious. the regular old fashioned and their maple donut are some of my faves. their fried chicken is pretty decent, but i will say i didn’t really like the cheese sauce they use for their macaroni.

What a nice surprise!! Don’t call the phone number listed with this restaurant, it is the old owner. Doughnut Siri is within a large group of restaurants inside a big building, not a standalone restaurant

The chicken tenders and mac-n-cheese were simply amazing. We got some donuts from later. Some of the best gf food I've had from a restaurant. My daughter and I both have celiac.

What a great find! Certified gluten free and the chicken tenders were yummy!! With not having many places to get good chicken tenders it was a wonderful surprise! Donuts were great! Will definitely be back!

So delicious!! It’s nice to eat somewhere and not worry about cross contamination. The fried chicken tenders are perfect and the Mac-n-cheese was creamy and tasty. The donuts are amazing!! Definitely worth the stop or trip to have gf deliciousness!!

The entire place I believe is certified gluten free (I think). Their donuts are amazing! Really dense, but really good! They also had other food here, Mac and cheese and chicken tenders are what I remember (I only got donuts to go). Plus it’s located in a really neat food mall type place right in downtown Knoxville.

Delicious!! The mac and cheese was so good. Hot, cheesy goodness. Crunchy beautiful tenders and lots of dipping sauces. I had a plain donut and a red velvet donut and could not be happier. Sweet, soft, and amazing. I will definitely be back!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Before diagnosis of celiac I wasn’t a huge fan of cake donuts. But Donut theory somehow makes them moist and so flavorful and the perfect amount of glaze. Wow! And the chicken fingers have the perfect coating with the perfect amount of seasoning. The slaw is refreshing and the Mac and cheese so creamy and good. They really nailed it. When someone can create something better then what we considered original (wheat made) it is a happy feeling. When you are not able to eat gluten and can’t risk cross contamination or you get blisters it’s a scary thing to eat out. I am grateful for this app and for the restaurants that make the food even better!

Great fried chicken tenders. Mac and cheese tasted good but was not as warm as I would have liked it. The donuts had a good taste but were cake like donuts and I prefer yeasty donuts. Everything is GF. Limited menu and expensive but good to have something quick and safe. It is in a good hall with several other eateries.

The donuts are delicious and the fried chicken is wonderful. The mac n cheese is also good. It is nice to have a restaurant that has these offerings and to know they are 100% safe. I also found the price point for what you get to be reasonable, especially knowing gf food is often excessively expensive.

I was driving through and excited from the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't as great as the reviewers'. The donuts were fine - same donut, different glaze. They were good, not great. The mac and cheese was not good at all. We didn't try the chicken. Service was just ok - not friendly but not rude, either... just okay. I wouldn't stop here again, although I do appreciate that they are servicing the GF community.

DELICIOUS!! This was a happy surprise when in town for softball. 5 minutes from the park. I was going for the donuts but also got the chicken tenders and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious. These chicken tenders are amazing! This was a nice little surprise in the area. I will be going back if we come to Knoxville again. Yum!

Everything on the menu is GF so this is not only GF friendly, but also Celiac safe! The donuts were AMAZING. I didn’t feel like I was missing out on Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. My non-Celiac husband said he would eat here over other donut shops from now on! The birthday cake donut was my favorite. They even had chicken tenders and mac n cheese.

So we tried everything and everything was awesome. As a retired chef and the daughter of executive chefs I know good food and I know what it takes to covert it to be passable as regular well it’s more than passable it’s full proof you would never know it was gf The Mac and cheese was smoky and creamy The fried chicken was thick and juicy The Doughnuts were Soo moist and not gritty it was almost sexy . This place is hard to find but it inside the marble city food market and that’s on Depot right next to the Tako Taco . The market place has many not gf food options for your non gf friends and family.

I have seen negative reviews about this place but here is the consistency of it the bad reviews are from people that got donuts at night or late afternoon not in the morning when they open and they are fresh
