Owner came to speak with me about options and was very reassuring food is safe. Pretty much the entire menu can be made gluten free if you order with no bread or bun. Currently they have a dedicated fryer just for fries and all other fried things like meats are fried in separate fryer. Food is made when you order so does take a little extra time. Only four stars because the service from waitstaff was pretty bad. Food was very tasty!

Had gf options when we went for Sunday brunch. Usually have gf bread but were out. Ordered eggs florentine gf, but it came out on an english muffin. Sent it back, came back scooted off the muffin, covered in crumbs. Explained how that is not ok, and they quickly and apologetically remade it. Be patient and clear. The food was great and the people very, very nice.
